OUR STORY
Take Two's story began years ago in preparation for this venture. Caleb founded a roasting business turned coffee shop in Naples where Hunter, a friend of Calebs, became the manager of one of the retail shops. During these years, they honed in on their coffee industry skills. Caleb operated two retail stores and a roasting business, and Hunter managed a large staff.
Caleb heard about Winfield Street Coffee coming to Naples and went to the grand opening where he met the Owner, Breno, and soon after began a friendship. Hunter, Caleb, and their wives decided that enough was enough and it was time to start another coffee business on the side, hence the name; but the venture ended up turning into a full-time gig, and they encouraged Breno to join them. Caleb, Hunter, Breno and their wives have over 2 decades of combined experience in the food and beverage industry. They enjoy serving the SWFL community with great coffee and tasty donuts.
why the name take two?
"The name was pretty easy to come up with since it was my second venture at owning a coffee shop, but it's also multi-faceted in that it's encouraging our guests to take both of our offerings (a coffee and a donut) and to take a few minutes enjoying time at our establishment with us and a friend. We pride ourselves in offering fresh seasonal coffees, and we roast the beans to draw out their natural tasty flavors. We work with a select few coffee importers who have direct relationships with our farmers. We love getting to source high quality coffees from around the world as we make an effort to bring you some of the very best! We have a variety of tea as well from Rishi Tea!
Our donuts are made fresh every day! Yup, we come up with our own recipes and create our own flavors! We have a few gluten free options as well (only on the weekends).
